Frieze Seoul 2025: Jaeeun Choi

Jaeeun Choi

Jaeeun Choi encountered ikebana after moving to Japan in 1976, later studying under Hiroshi Teshigahara, the third-generation head of the Sogetsu school. Since the 1980s, she has developed a body of work centered on themes of life, nature and time. Her Paper Poem series, featured in this exhibition, comprises collages made during her residency in Berlin.
